Internship organisation – Kindergarten with an Waldorf Steiner school-approach
At this Kindergarten we offer a child-centered educational approach that is non-selective, multi-cultural and has an age-specific curriculum. We are dedicated to provide an education that understands, embraces and encourage the development of the child as a whole human being; with a spirit, soul and body (holistic approach). This approach is characteristic of Steiner Waldorf schools, along with high academic standards and life-time skills. However, the Kindergarten is the first of its kind in Nicaragua, and as such is an unique pioneer project in more than one sense.

Internship assignment
Teach in English to children aged between 15 months and 6 years old.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 07.30 am-1.30 pm
Thursday: teachers meeting in the afternoon
Occasionally extra activities on Sundays every 2 or 3 months
This internship can be combined with teaching Dutch at the Dutch school.
Requirements:
• English speaking teamworker
• Knowledgeable in music, arts and kraft.
Preferably:
• With experience working with children between 15 months old and 6 years old.
• Familiar with Waldorf pedagogy
